Typical turnaround time is 3-5 working days from the time that final art is approved by either a written signature, approval via email or approval over the phone. Rush charges may apply for orders needed sooner than our typical turnaround. This turnaround time is not guaranteed. Turnaround time may vary by the type of product or service and the quantity of the order.
We understand that there are occasions when orders are needed sooner than 3-5 business days and we strive to fulfill those orders. If an order is being shipped, then the rush charges apply to our production time only. The amount of time it takes the carrier to get the order to you is not guaranteed by Design 8 Studios. We cannot guarantee that we will accommodate all rush orders.

Our printers are profiled to be 95-98% color accurate but if you require a Pantone color match there is a $35 per color fee.
Art files designed as (.ai) (.eps) (.pdf) are the preferred file formats we accept. Art files designed as (.bmp) (.jpg) (.psd) (.tif) are acceptable as long as they are designed at 100 DPI at 100% of the actual finished size.
We do not accept files as “Print Ready” if they are PowerPoint or Word documents. If you are using either of these programs you must convert your file to a PDF in order for us to print your job.
There will be no art fee if artwork is submitted as Print Ready Artwork. Our Print Ready Artwork file requirement minimum is a file submitted in a vector format or a 100 DPI .jpeg or .tiff at actual finished size. If you are unable to provide the above artwork requirements, we can revise or re-create your artwork at an hourly fee of $35 per hour. (Design 8 Studios will not be responsible for poor quality printing due to substandard files submitted by the customer.)
Files created in RGB should be converted to CMYK before they can be printed on a four-color press. This conversion may result in a slight shift in color. By preparing and reviewing your files in CMYK, you will have a better idea of how your printed piece will look.
Design 8 Studios is not responsible for any loss, damage or shipping delays caused by the delivery carrier or other providers.
Design 8 Studios is not liable for the use of Trademarked or Licensed Images, and the customer assumes full responsibility for the use thereof.
All claims must be submitted within 48 hours of the date of delivery or pickup. Please email info@Design8Studios.com to submit your claim. In the case of an error, 100% of items must be returned to Design 8 Studios or the reprint will not be allowed. Customer supplied materials cannot be guaranteed and we are not responsible for replacing material when printing damages the original.
In the event that we make a mistake printing your item, then we will reprint them for you at no additional cost. It is not considered a mistake on our part if the print on the material is the artwork supplied by the customer or the customers company or a representative of the customer or his/her company. We do not offer refunds on printed materials, only replacements.
When approving a layout proof, by either a written signature, approval via email or approval over the phone. You are approving all aspects of this layout are correct and that Design8 Studios is not responsible for any errors in this layout. Due to the nature of color reproduction, the colors on a layout proof may vary from the actual colors of the printed piece. Because computer monitors vary, layout proofs can be used to help display layout, text accuracy, and image placement and proportion, and to give a fairly accurate interpretation of color or density. Although we will make every effort to match colors and/or ink densities as shown on the proofs, we cannot guarantee exact matches.
